Monday Flag Raising Ceremony and Oath Taking and Donning of Ranks of Newly Promoted PCOs (PCOL and PLTCOLs) Featured

A total of 38 newly promoted Police Commissioned Officers (PCOs) took their oath to the rank of Police Colonel and Police Lieutenant Colonel which coincides the traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony held at the PRO5 Grandstand, Camp BGen Simeon A Ola, Legazpi City, today, April 12, 2021.

Promoted to the rank of Police Colonel was PCOL Nierme A Capulso Jr and to the rank of Police Lieutenant Colonel were PMAJ Andro E Gomez; PMAJ Edgar Azotea; PMAJ Christian Jesus S Huelva; PMAJ Andy O Rosero; PMAJ Joseloto M Bermas; PMAJ Augusto A Manila; PMAJ Elmer A Azurez; PMAJ Rodel B Pili; PMAJ Ace Christian R Mendoza; PMAJ Ruben N Perico; PMAJ Nicel Compañero; PMAJ Santos T Tagomata; PMAJ Josefina C Titong; PMAJ Ma. PBGEN BARTOLOME R BUSTAMANTE, RD, PRO5 led the oath-taking and donning of ranks as the administering officer. He also delivered his message during the activity, “Your promotion is a recognition of your invaluable contributions to the organization and to your service to the nation. It is a way of rewarding you for your hard work, perseverance, and dedication to your duties and responsibilities as police officers.”

“It is my hope that all of us can continue to work together and move towards the goal we all wish to achieve”, he added.
