PBGEN BARTOLOME R BUSTAMANTE, RD, PRO5 graced the Opening Ceremony of Tactical Casualty Care and Basic Life Support Training on March 2, 2021 held at RSTU Classroom, Camp BGen Simeon A Ola, Legazpi City.

”Our personnel is one of our most vital resources. And just like how we use others for any purpose, how we utilize our human resources should be in such a way that we may make the best out of them. But human life is of course different from the rest. The human capital is and always will be our best resource. Though we may lack modern equipage or the latest in gadgetry and armament, the skill, dedication, determination, and the inherent resourcefulness and tenacity of our policemen and women have always been the deciding factor in the successes of our campaigns”, PBGEN BUSTAMANTE in his message during the ceremony.
