84 police recruits sworn-in as new members of PNP Bikol Featured

Camp BGen Simeon A Ola, Legazpi City---- A total of 84 police recruits sworn-in as new members of the police force in Bicol Region today, June 3, 2019 at PRO5 Camp BGen Simeon, A Ola, Legazpi City.

The 75 male and 9 female recruits who took their oath were the successful applicants who pass the rigorous month of stringent and challenging phase for the 1st Cycle CY 2018 Attrition Recruitment Program. The police recruits will undergo one (1) year training that will aid them in performing their duties as peacekeepers in temporary status. The training includes the 6 months SAF like training under the Regional Training Center 5 to hone and develop both their physical strength and mental prowess to transform them into responsible and disciplined police officers.
The training also intends to provide them the basics in the field of law enforcement that will allow them to deal with the challenges and demands of their duties with utmost discipline and dedication. Soon after the training they will be at the forefront of the government’s campaign in the fight against all forms of criminality and fulfill their roles as champions of their people’s hopes and dreams of a safer, more peaceful community to which everyone can enjoy.
