Closing Ceremony of PRO5 Police Community Affairs and Developments Course 02-2015R5 Featured

On July 24, 2015 at 9:00,in line with the PNP P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030 and Beyond, the Police Regional Office 5 through the Regional Police Community Relations Division conducted the closing ceremony of the Police Community Affairs and Development Course Class 02-2015 R5 held at Regional Training Center 5 (RTC5), Camp General Simeon A. Ola, Legazpi City with PDIR WILFREDO D FRANCO, Director, DPCR as Guest of Honor and Speaker.

The ceremony started with an invocation rendered by SPO1 Jasmine Espeso, followed by the welcome remarks of PCSUPT VICTOR P DEONA, Regional Director PRO5, then the presentation of the candidates for graduation by PSUPT VICTOR B SERIÑA JR., Deputy Chief, RPCRD/Assistant Course Adviser, and declaration of graduates of the Police Community Affairs and Development Course Class 02-2015 R5 by PSUPT FROILAN P ELOPRE, AC, RPHRDD.Participant’s impressions during the duration of the course were given by PCINSP FRANCISCO R ROJAS, PO3 Michael D Espeña and NUP Rey R Orduña, followed by the distribution of certificates and awards.PSSUPT JESUS C MARTIREZ, C, RPCRD/Course Adviser introduced the Guest of Honor and Speaker. The guest gave his inspirational message to the participants of the PCAD Course Class 02-2015 R5 which highlighted the said activity. A simple token was also presented to the GOHS.Activity ended at about 11:00 AM of same date with very satisfactory result.
