Flag Raising Ceremony with PMGEN AZURIN, TDC Featured

PMGEN RODOLFO S AZURIN JR., Director, Directorate for Comptrollership graced the traditional Flag Raising Ceremony of PNP Bicol as the Guest of Honor and Speaker on August 2, 2021 held at the PRO5 Grandstand, Camp BGen Simeon A Ola, Legazpi City.

 He was accompanied by PMGEN JESUS D CAMBAY JR, Deputy Director, DIPO-Southern Luzon.

PMGEN AZURIN who was assisted by PBGEN JONNEL C ESTOMO, RD, PRO5 conferred awards to some personnel of the unit for their efforts that contributed on the PNP’s campaign against all forms of criminalities for a safer Bicol.

Medalya ng Kagalingan was given to PMAJ RODEL C AREVALO; PCMS Jerry P Monceller; PSMS Richard B Dumalag; PCPT ADRIAN JAMES A ALBAYTAR; PCPL Jose E Cornal Jr; PLT JUANITO T TEVAR; PSSg Antonio B Aquino; and PCpl Bobby T Tribiana for demonstrating their commitment to duties during the conduct of anti-insurgency, anti-illegal drugs and anti-loose firearms operations that can be attributed on the significant decline of crime rate in the entire region.

Additionally, Medalya ng Papuri was awarded to PCMS Valorie N Bayola for her exemplary performance by immediately responding to a vehicular accident and rendered assistance to the injured driver and the pregnant back ride while on her way to duty at Legazpi City Police Station. Same award was given to NUP Monly N Mujar for his honesty by returning the brown purse he found along the sidewalk in front of the RMDU5 owned by Pat Irene C Codillo.

Their laudable acts demonstrated is worthy of emulation by their peers and brought positive impression to the image of the PNP organization.

Likewise, PBGEN ESTOMO presented a plaque of appreciation and a memento to PMGEN AZURIN as a form of gratitude for sharing his time and wisdom to the members of Kasurog Bicol.
